Ein Bauhaus am Buchenwald
19 spotlights shine from 19 windows of a room in the Main Building
towards the Buchenwald Memorial. The names of 19 Bauhausers who were
murdered by the National Socialists appear on the windows.
Our
sculpture of architecture, material, writing, light, reflection and
shadows is a temporary monument to them. The sculpture is a symbol of a
Bauhaus concept that was demolished in Weimar.
The installation can be enjoyed all night.
